Monotrac Articulation currently only uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all products domestically and internationally. If UPS cannot deliver to your location, please contact our customer service personnel before ordering to see if other delivery options are available.
Shipping Costs / Adjustments
All shipping prices and delivery dates/times are estimated by UPS automatically according to weight, size, shipping method, taxes, tariffs, destination details, and delivery options. We reserve the right to adjust the cost of shipping if the UPS automated system estimates your shipping inaccurately. To expedite the process and get your order delivered quickly, in cases where changes to shipping costs would result in a price difference of less than or equal to 1% of the total order price including shipping, we reserve the right to adjust the price, process the order, send you an email with a receipt reflecting the changes, and ship the order automatically without waiting for your authorization. In cases where changes to shipping costs would result in a price difference greater than 1% of the total order price including shipping, we reserve the right to choose one of three options, at our discretion: (1) We may choose to leave the price exactly as estimated by the shopping cart and ship the order, (2) we may adjust the price by up to a total of 1% of the total purchase price including shipping costs, process the order, email a receipt reflecting the changes, and ship the order, or (3) we may contact you via your account information email address or phone number to get permission to adjust your order total with the correct shipping price before shipping your product(s).
